The creative process balances past wisdom with the openness to begin anew. Originally from India, I began painting in my mid-thirties after a decade in the corporate world. A combination of hustle, human connection across different cultures have helped shape my view.

My work is rooted in culture, wellbeing, storytelling and childlike innocence. Through my work, I hope to make people feel a sense of belonging and wonder. Drawing from vintage photography, distant landscapes, and nature, I use vibrant colours and oil-based techniques to transform fleeting moments into complete compositions. I frequently study the Masters through copies to deepen my technical practice.

Artists such as Van Gogh, Monet, Matisse, Tyeb Mehta, Amrita Sher-Gill, and Basquiat influence my approach — each transforming private experience into universal meaning. My goal is to develop a cohesive, spiritually grounded body of work for collectors and collaborators, while expanding into interdisciplinary projects that merge visual art with photography, poetry, and movement.

Public Showings & Community Engagement

As I build a cohesive body of work, I share selected pieces at local markets and art events. These in-person showings offer a space for dialogue — the chance for collectors to see the richness of the colours, the textures of the oils, and the emotional narratives behind each work.

Art Markets:

  • KunstMarkt Noord Editions 12 & 13

  • Swan Market Utrecht October 2025

  • Museum Market Amsterdam September 2025

  • Rembrandtplein Art Market, Amsterdam Summer 2025

I look forward to expanding into more curated fairs, galleries, and interdisciplinary exhibitions in the coming year.
